More Than an Eye Can See

This is part of the dining room view from my table at “Steakhouse,” the fine-dining restaurant at the Tropicana Express Hotel & Casino in Laughlin, Nevada:
Pretty nice appointments, huh? But wait. Look at this enlarged portion of the picture:
See all the crud in the bottom of the light bowls? Seems to me they need to close the restaurant one day and just clean those things. It just spoils the classy ambiance they’re trying to achieve.
I’m just sayin’ …

Nasty! And it looks like such a pretty place otherwise. Maybe this is just the heads up they need. :)

I notice things like this too. It definitely spoils the ambiance!

Always makes you wonder how clean the kitchen is!
