Grape #1: Nicollette Sheridan. She’s suing the Desperate Housewives creator and producer Marc Cherry because she claims he struck her, and when she complained, wrote her out of the series. She’s suing for $20 million after being “evicted” from her cushy Wisteria Lane home.
Grape #2: Didi Benami. The latest contestant to be voted off of American Idol, she’s whining and calling the judges to task for their “inconsistent” remarks (they liked her style, and then they didn’t), and sometimes-cruel criticism.Oh puh-leeze! Will the two of you just get over it? That’s life. Live it, and move on.

Stars like to whine however, and it gives them publicity for a long time.
