We had a guest for dinner last night. Or should I say, PART of a guest.This, my friends, is the only left-over we had of the Marinated Crispy Chicken dish that was part of a nine-course meal at Joy Luck Place in Cupertino.
We're visiting with my son and our first grandchild, who you will recall was born on Earth Day in San Jose (hey, that rhymes!).
Just thought you'd be interested in seeing a marinated crispy chicken head.
