Since the world didn’t end as it was supposed to yesterday, and since the United States government hasn’t given up on the copper coin, the world will continue to celebrate National Lucky Penny Day on May 23 as usual.Last year I made a suggestion. Instead of looking for pennies on the ground, why not PUT pennies on the ground and give someone a chance to “Find a penny, pick it up, and all the day, s/he’ll have good luck.”
Remember, it’s on May 23, and it’s still on.
